Privacy Policy — WebView App Builder

TPH Software BD ("we", "us") operates the WebView App Builder Android application. This policy explains how information is handled when you use our app.
1. Summary
- We do not run a cloud server that stores your projects.
- Project data is saved locally on your device.
- This builder app uses Google AdMob (banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded ads).
- Apps you export are separate products — you must publish your own privacy policy for each exported app on Google Play.
2. Information stored on your device
- Project settings you enter: app name, website URL, HTML, icons, colors, version, AdMob unit IDs for exports
- Signing keystores (private app storage) for Play Store updates
- Preferences: theme, optional AdMob unit overrides in Settings
- Export files in Downloads/WebViewBuilder (APK, AAB, ZIP, .webviewproject backups)
You control this data. Uninstalling the app removes app-private storage. Files in Downloads remain until you delete them.
3. Information we do not collect centrally We do not require an account. We do not upload your project list, URLs, HTML, or keystores to TPH Software BD servers.
4. Third-party services — Google AdMob The builder app may show banner, interstitial, and rewarded ads. Google may collect device identifiers, IP address, and ad-related data as described in Google's Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
You can limit ad personalization: Android Settings → Google → Ads.
5. Websites and content you load Preview, run, and wizard steps load URLs or HTML you provide. That data may be sent to those websites' servers under their policies. We do not control third-party sites.
6. Exported apps you create If you enable ads in a project, exported APK/AAB/ZIP may include AdMob with IDs you provide. You are the publisher and must declare ads in Play Console, provide a privacy policy for each app, and follow Google Play and AdMob policies.
7. Permissions
- Internet — websites, ads, export tasks
- Storage / media — save exports; pick images and HTML files
- Install packages — optional install of exported APK on your device
- Notifications — only if enabled for app messages
8. Children's privacy Not directed at children under 13. Do not build child-directed apps without COPPA and Play Families compliance.
9. Security Use Android app sandboxing. Keep backups and keystores private.
10. Data retention and deletion Delete projects in My Projects, remove Downloads/WebViewBuilder files, or uninstall the app.
11. International users Use outside Bangladesh may involve processing in other countries per Google and device terms.
12. Changes We may update this policy. Continued use means acceptance. Updates may appear in app or Play Store listing.
