This policy describes how the app handles information when you use it.
1. Who we are
This app is published on Google Play as Scanner App - PDF Scanner. For privacy questions, use the developer contact on the app's Google Play store listing.
2. Information stored on your device
- Scanned photos and PDF files you create are saved in the app's private storage on your phone.
- Exported copies you save to Gallery, Downloads, or Documents are stored where you choose on your device.
- We do not receive or store your scans on our own servers.
3. Camera
The camera is used only when you tap to scan. The app does not record video in the background.
4. Permissions
- Camera — to photograph documents
- Photos / media (on supported Android versions) — to save exported images where you request
- Storage (older Android versions) — to save exported files on your device
- Internet — the app requires mobile data or Wi-Fi to run; scans stay on your device and are not uploaded to us
5. Account and sign-in
No account is required. The app does not ask you to sign in.
6. Sharing
If you tap Share, you send files through another app (for example Gmail or WhatsApp). That other app's privacy policy applies.
7. Password lock
If you set a document password, it is stored on your device to lock that document in the app.
8. Temporary files
You can clear temporary scan cache in Settings. Your saved documents in Home and My PDFs are not deleted unless you delete them.
9. Children
The app is not directed at children under 13.
10. Security
Protect your phone with a screen lock. Uninstalling the app removes app data stored in the app's private storage.
11. Changes
We may update this policy. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised policy shown in the app.

13. Third-party services
If the app shows advertisements, Google AdMob may process device-related data needed to serve ads, as described in Google's privacy policy:
