TPH Software BD ("we", "our", or "us") operates the PDF to Photo Converter App mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use our App.

Files You Provide
The App processes PDF and image files that you select. File processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload your documents to our servers.

When you use the App, third-party services integrated in the App may collect limited technical data such as:

Google AdMob

4. Permissions
The App may request the following permissions to function:
• Camera — to capture photos for PDF creation
• Internet access — required for advertisements and to load content
To select PDF and image files, the App uses your device's built-in system file and photo picker, which does not require any storage or photo access permission. Permissions are used only for features you actively use.
5. Data Retention
Files created by the App are stored on your device. You can delete them anytime from Gallery, History, or your device file manager. Temporary files may be removed automatically only if you enable that option in Settings.
6. Children's Privacy
The App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Security
We take reasonable measures to protect data processed by the App. Because files are processed locally, you remain in control of your documents. However, no method of electronic storage is 100% secure.
8. Your Choices
You can:
• Deny permissions (some features may not work)
• Delete converted files from the App
• Clear app cache from Settings
• Uninstall the App at any time
9. International Users
If you use the App outside your country, your information may be processed by third-party providers (such as Google) in other countries according to their policies.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted in the App with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the revised policy.
