This Privacy Policy describes how the mobile application PDF Editor (package name: com.tph.pdfeditor) handles information when you use the app. Please read it carefully.

1. Who we are

PDF Editor is published on Google Play. This policy applies only to the PDF Editor app.

2. Information the app processes

• PDF files you choose to open: processed on your device to display and edit content. We do not operate our own server to receive your PDF files.
• Edited copies: saved in private app storage on your device so you can open them again from Recent files.
• Device and app data needed for basic operation, such as network status (for ads and connectivity checks).
• Advertising data: the app uses Google AdMob to show banner and full-screen ads. Google may use advertising identifiers and similar data as described in Google's Privacy Policy.

3. How we use information

• To open, display, edit, save, and share PDF files you select (editing happens on your device, including when offline)
• To remember recent files on your device
• To show advertisements through Google AdMob when you are online
• To check network connectivity for ads

4. Permissions

• Internet: required for advertisements and connectivity checks.
• Storage access (on supported Android versions): only so you can open PDF files you pick and save edited files to a location you choose.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal information. PDF content stays on your device unless you choose to share or save it elsewhere. Google AdMob (Google LLC) may collect and process data when ads are shown. See: https://policies.google.com/privacy

6. Data retention

Edited PDF copies in Recent files remain on your device until you delete app data or uninstall the app. You can remove them in:

Android Settings → Apps → PDF Editor → Storage → Clear data

7. Children

PDF Editor is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Security

Editing happens locally on your device. Use Save PDF to export a copy to a folder you control. Keep your device secure with a screen lock.

9. Your choices

• You choose which PDF files to open.
• You can uninstall the app at any time.
• You can clear app data in Android system settings.
• You can limit ad personalization in your Google account and device settings where available.

10. International users

If you use the app outside your country, your information may be processed according to this policy and applicable laws.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy. The date at the top shows when it was last updated. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated policy.

We do not collect your email address inside the app.
