1. Who we are
ODS To PDF Converter is a mobile application that converts OpenDocument Spreadsheet (ODS) files into PDF documents. This policy applies to the Android version of the App distributed through Google Play.
2. Purpose of the App
The App is designed to help users select ODS spreadsheet files from their device, convert them into readable PDF documents, and open or share the results. The primary conversion workflow is performed on the device.
3. Information we do not require
The App does not require user registration, login, or an account.
The App does not ask you to provide a name, email address, phone number, or similar personal contact details to use the converter.

4. Files you select
When you choose an ODS file, the App reads that file so it can create a PDF.
Selected ODS files are processed on your device for conversion.
The App does not upload your ODS files to an external conversion server as part of normal operation.
Converted PDF files are saved using Android storage practices so you can open and share them.
You are responsible for choosing files you are allowed to access and convert.
5. Local conversion history
If you use History, the App may store limited local records on your device, such as:
- Original ODS file name
- Converted PDF file name
- Conversion date and time
- Local path or content URI needed to reopen or share the PDF
History stays on your device. You can delete individual history items or clear history from the App. History does not store the full contents of your spreadsheets.
6. Internet / network access
An active internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data) is required to use the App.
Network access is used for advertising services and related Google Play services functionality.
If no usable internet connection is available, the App will ask you to turn on Wi‑Fi or mobile data.
7. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob for monetization and shows only:
- App Open ads
- Interstitial ads
The App does not use banner ads, native ads, or rewarded ads.
Advertising partners may collect or process device and usage-related information according to their own policies. This may include advertising identifiers, IP address, device information, and similar data used to deliver, measure, and improve ads. 8. Permissions
The App requests only the permissions needed for its features, such as internet access and, where required by older Android versions, limited storage access to save files. The App uses Android’s Storage Access Framework for file selection where appropriate and avoids unnecessary storage permissions.
9. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us through the Google Play Store listing so appropriate steps can be taken.
10. Data security
We design the App to process conversion locally where applicable and to limit unnecessary data collection. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. Please use the App responsibly and keep your device updated.
11. Your choices
You may:
- Stop using the App at any time
- Delete local history items or clear history
- Control advertising preferences through your device and Google account settings where available
- Uninstall the App, which removes the App and its local app data from your device according to Android behavior

13. International users
If you use the App from outside the country where the App is operated, your information related to advertising services may be processed in other countries as described by those service providers.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows the latest revision. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy. Material changes may also be reflected in the Google Play Store listing when appropriate.
