Privacy Policy - Invoice Maker PDF and Image
Last updated: July 15, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Invoice Maker PDF and Image (“the App”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the App on Android.
By using the App you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please uninstall the App.
1. Who this policy is for
This App is intended for business users (shopkeepers, freelancers, wholesalers, and similar). It is not directed to children under 13.
2. Information stored on your device (local data)
The App stores the following information locally on your device so the features can work:
• Business profile (name, address, phone, website, tax ID, currency, notes, payment instructions)
• Logos and signatures you choose to upload
• Client details (name, company, phone, addresses, notes, and optional client contact fields you enter)
• Products / services catalog (name, price, tax, units)
• Invoices and related data (line items, totals, status, payment records, templates, settings)
• App preferences (theme, colors, invoice numbering defaults)
This local business data stays on your device unless you choose to export, share, print, or otherwise transfer it.
3. Information we do not sell
We do not sell your invoice contents, client lists, or product catalogs. We do not operate a cloud account that uploads your invoices to our own servers for storage.
4. Sharing, export, and services you choose
When you export a PDF or image, save to Downloads/Pictures, print, or use Android Share (for example WhatsApp, Drive, Nearby Share, Bluetooth, or other apps you select), the content you select is handled by the app or service you choose, under that service’s own terms and policies.
5. Internet requirement
The App requires an active Mobile Data or Wi‑Fi connection to run. Offline use is not available. Connectivity is used for App operation and for advertising services.
6. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The App uses Google AdMob (and related Google advertising / measurement SDKs) to show banner ads, interstitial ads, and app open ads.
These advertising services may automatically collect device and advertising-related information such as:
• Advertising ID / resettable device identifiers (where available)
• IP address and general network / technical information
• Ad interaction and approximate location derived by Google according to their systems and policies
• Diagnostics information related to ad serving in some cases
How Google uses data is governed by Google’s own policies, including the Google Privacy Policy and Google AdMob / advertising policies. You can review advertising controls in your device settings (for example resetting or opting out of ad personalization where available).
We do not sell your personal invoice data to advertisers.
7. Permissions explained
Depending on Android version and the action you take, the App may request:
• Internet / Network state — required to run the App and load ads
• Photos / Media / Storage (when needed) — to pick a logo or signature and to save exported PDF/image files using Android storage APIs
• Notifications (only if you enable future optional reminders)
You may deny optional media permissions; core invoice creation with text-only data can still work, but picking images or some saves may be limited.
8. Data retention and deletion
Local data remains on your device until you delete it inside the App (for example deleting an invoice or client) or clear App storage / uninstall the App. Uninstalling removes the App’s local database and app-private files.
9. Security
We use standard Android on-device storage practices. No method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Please keep your device locked and avoid sharing exported invoice files with unintended recipients.
10. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through device usage of this App, please contact us via the Play Store listing support channel so we can help you remove local data by guiding uninstall / clear-storage steps.
11. International users / advertising laws
Advertising partners such as Google may process data in multiple countries. Where required (for example EEA/UK), Google may provide consent or privacy messaging experiences. Follow any on-screen consent prompts from Google services when shown.
12. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we publish updates. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
13. Contact
For privacy questions or support, please contact us only through the Google Play Store listing for this app, using the official contact / support options provided on the listing.
Important: This App does not display a developer phone number or personal social profile for contact. Please use the Google Play Store listing contact method only.
