This Privacy Policy explains how the "Currency Converter Online" mobile
application (the "App") handles information when you use it. By downloading
or using the App, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If
you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. INFORMATION WE DO NOT COLLECT
We do not require you to create an account, and we do not ask for or collect
personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or
postal address. The App does not access your contacts, photos, messages,
camera, microphone, calendar, or precise GPS location. We never sell your
personal information to anyone.
2. INFORMATION STORED ONLY ON YOUR DEVICE
The following data is saved locally on your device only and is never
transmitted to us:
- Your selected "From" and "To" currencies
- Your saved favorite currency pairs
- Your recent conversions
- The most recently downloaded exchange rates (used for fast loading and
offline access)
- Your theme preference (light or dark mode)
This information stays on your device and is permanently removed when you
clear the App's data or uninstall the App.
3. INTERNET ACCESS AND EXCHANGE RATES
The App needs an internet connection to download current exchange rates from
a third-party public exchange-rate service. When the App requests rates,
standard technical information that is required for any internet request
(such as your device's IP address) may be processed by that service to
deliver a response. The App does not attach personal identifiers to these
requests. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy
practices of third-party rate providers.
4. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. To serve and
measure ads, Google and its partners may use a device advertising identifier
and general device and ad-interaction information. Depending on your settings
and your region, ads may be personalized or non-personalized. You can reset
your advertising identifier or opt out of ad personalization at any time in
your device settings (for example: Settings > Google > Ads). For more

5. PERMISSIONS
The App requests only the following permissions:
- INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE: to download live exchange rates and to
detect whether you are online or offline.
- AD_ID (Advertising ID): used by Google AdMob to display ads.
No sensitive or dangerous permissions are requested.
6. DATA SECURITY
Because the App stores your preferences only on your own device and does not
operate accounts or servers that hold your personal data, the risk to your
personal information is minimal. However, no method of electronic storage or
transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children
under the age of 13 (or the minimum age required in your country). We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child
has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can take
appropriate action.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
The App relies on the following third-party services, each governed by its
own privacy policy:
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK

- A public currency exchange-rate API used to retrieve live rates.
9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will
revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this policy. Continued use of
the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated
policy.
