This Privacy Policy explains how PDF Compress To KB (“the App”) handles information when you use the App on Android.
1. Introduction
PDF Compress To KB helps you compress PDF files on your device. By using the App, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
2. No account required
The App does not require registration, login, email, phone number, or a user account.
3. PDF files you choose
You select which PDF files to process. The App does not scan your device for documents without your action through the system file picker.
4. Local file processing
PDF compression is performed locally on your device. The App does not upload your PDF contents to our servers for compression.
5. Original file protection
The original PDF is not modified. The App creates a separate compressed output file.
6. Device storage
The App may temporarily cache working files and store compressed outputs and a local history of compression results on your device.
7. Internet connectivity
An active internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data) is required to use the App’s main features. The App checks for a usable network connection. If there is no connection, the App asks you to turn on Wi‑Fi or mobile data.
8. Advertising
The App uses Google AdMob and shows only:
• App Open Ads
• Interstitial Ads
The App does not use banner ads, native ads, rewarded ads, or other ad networks.
9. Google AdMob and advertising data
Google AdMob may collect and process information such as advertising identifiers, device information, IP address, and interaction data needed to deliver, measure, and improve ads, according to Google’s policies.
10. Consent and privacy messaging
Where required, the App may use Google’s User Messaging Platform to present privacy/consent choices related to ads.
11. Third-party services
Third-party services used by the App may include Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform. Their handling of data is governed by Google’s terms and privacy documentation.
12. Data we do not intentionally collect
The App does not intentionally collect the contents of your PDFs, passwords for encrypted PDFs, or private documents for our own analytics. The App does not include separate analytics SDKs beyond advertising-related Google services described above.
13. How local data is used
Local preferences (such as theme and compression settings) and history are used only to operate App features on your device.
14. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Advertising-related data may be processed by Google as part of AdMob.
15. Data security
The App uses Android storage and sharing practices such as the Storage Access Framework and FileProvider for safer file access and sharing. No method of electronic storage is completely secure.
16. Data retention
Compression history and outputs remain on your device until you delete them, clear history, or uninstall the App. Temporary cache files may be removed automatically.
17. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. Parents and guardians should supervise device use. Advertising services may have their own age-related policies.
18. Your controls
You can:
• Clear compression history in the App
• Change appearance settings
• Manage app permissions in Android Settings
• Manage ad preferences through your Google account / device settings where available
• Uninstall the App to remove local App data
19. Changes to this Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated to reflect product, advertising, or legal changes. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.

For support related to this App, use the support options available on the App’s Google Play Store listing. This Privacy Policy does not include a personal email address.
