This Privacy Policy explains how Land Calculator handles information when the app is used. No account, registration, or login is required.
2. Calculation Data
Dimensions, selected units, regions, and calculation results are processed locally on the device. The app does not ask users to submit names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment details, or other personal information to perform calculations.
3. Local History and Settings
Calculation history, theme choice, and decimal precision are stored locally on the device. History entries include the calculation time, method, entered dimensions, unit, and result. Users can delete individual history entries or clear all history from the History screen. App data can also be removed through Android system settings or by uninstalling the app.
4. Advertising
The app uses Google AdMob to provide app open and interstitial advertisements. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically process information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location inferred from network information, ad interactions, diagnostics, and device information. Google processes this information according to its own policies, consent requirements, and user advertising settings. The app does not control Google data retention practices.
5. Internet and Network Status
An active internet connection is required to use the app and load advertisements. The app checks network availability but does not store Wi-Fi names or passwords. No custom backend server is used for calculations.
6. Data Sharing
The app developer does not sell calculation inputs or local history. Information may be processed by Google AdMob as described above. When users choose Copy, Share, Google Privacy Policy, or Contact on Play Store, Android or the selected external app handles that action under its own privacy terms.
7. Permissions and Platform Access
Core app functionality uses Internet and network-state access. The Google Mobile Ads SDK may add advertising ID, AdServices, wake-lock, or service-related declarations required for ad delivery and measurement on supported Android versions. The app does not request contacts, camera, microphone, precise location, SMS, phone, or broad storage access.
8. Children and Families
The app is a general calculation utility and does not knowingly request personal information from children. Advertising delivery remains subject to Google policies and the audience declarations configured for the Play Store release.
9. Security
Reasonable data-minimization practices are used, and calculation history remains in local app storage. No electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Users should not enter confidential information into shared result text.
10. User Choices
Users may clear local history, reset app data, adjust Android advertising privacy controls, or uninstall the app. Where legally required, Google consent controls should be presented through the advertising platform configuration.
