Privacy Policy for Convert Html To Apk
Developer: TPH Software BD
This Privacy Policy explains how Convert Html To Apk (“the App”) handles information. It is written to help users and Google Play reviewers understand local processing, advertising, and your responsibilities.
1. Effective / updated date
The date shown at the top of this screen is the effective date of this Privacy Policy.
2. Overview
The App converts local HTML projects into Android packaging outputs. Import, validation, preview, configuration, and most packaging steps are performed locally on your device.
3. Information handling
The App may store on your device: imported HTML projects and assets, project configuration (such as app name, package name, version, theme, orientation), optional AdMob identifiers you enter for generated apps, signing preferences you choose, and build output files. This information stays in the App’s private storage unless you export, share, or install an output yourself.
4. Imported HTML / project files
Files you select with the system file picker are copied into a private workspace so relative paths can be preserved. The App does not upload your project files to TPH Software BD servers.
5. Local processing
Where technically possible, conversion and packaging run on-device. Temporary files may be created and cleaned up after use. You control sharing and installation of generated files.
6. Internet connection
An active internet connection (Wi‑Fi or mobile data) is required to use the App normally. If Wi‑Fi and mobile data are unavailable, the App blocks normal use and asks you to turn on internet access and retry.
7. Advertising in the converter App
The converter App monetizes only with Google AdMob App Open ads and Interstitial ads. No banner, native, or rewarded ads are used in the converter itself. Ads are shown at limited, non-deceptive moments (for example after a cold app open, or after a completed build workflow). Ads are not designed to force accidental clicks.
8. AdMob / Google Mobile Ads data
Google AdMob and related Google services may collect and process information such as device identifiers, IP address, approximate location derived from IP, ad interaction data, and diagnostic information according to Google’s policies. Please review Google’s advertising and privacy documentation for details about how Google processes this data.
9. Generated app ads (optional)
If you enable AdMob for a project you generate, you must enter your own AdMob App ID and ad unit IDs. The converter’s AdMob IDs are never inserted into generated user apps. You are responsible for lawful and policy-compliant ad use in apps you publish.
10. Device and application information
The App may use basic device and app information needed for connectivity checks, crash-free operation, ad delivery, and installing a generated APK when you choose that action.
11. Permissions
• INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — connectivity checks and ads
• REQUEST_INSTALL_PACKAGES — only when you choose to install a generated APK
File selection uses Android’s Storage Access Framework; broad storage permission is not requested by default.
12. Data security
We design the App to keep project files and signing preferences in app-private storage. Signing passwords are not written to logs. Encrypted storage may be used if you choose to remember keystore credentials on-device. No method of electronic storage is perfectly secure; protect your device and keystore backups.
13. Third-party services
The App uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob). Your use of ads is also subject to Google’s terms and policies. Other Android system components (file picker, share sheet, package installer) may process files you choose to open or share.
14. Children’s privacy
The converter is intended for people who create and package Android apps. It is not directed at children. If you create apps for children, you must follow Google Play Families policies and configure advertising and data practices appropriately in those apps.
15. User responsibility
You are responsible for the content of imported projects, generated applications, store listings, privacy practices of apps you publish, and compliance with Google Play, AdMob, and applicable laws. Do not import or package unauthorized, illegal, or harmful content.
16. Policy updates
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated date on this screen will change when the in-app policy text is revised. Continued use of the App after an update means you acknowledge the revised policy.
17. Contact
